I've am a bit behind sending this email but I didn't want the excellent effort by the team at Gillman Mitsubishi North to go unacknowledged.
Without going into every detail, I had bought a used car in January for my daughter. It turns out that we had a problem in that a feature listed at the time of sale was not actually functional on this car. I contacted my sales rep Mohammed who set things into motion. He discussed the issue with the General Manager, Matt, who put the Service Manager, Mark, on my case. Mark performed at the highest level never once making me feel like I was a problem or burden.
He dove into the problem and when the obvious solution didn't work, he was exceptionally creative and accommodating in his efforts to resolve the situation. While it took more than one visit to totally resolve the situation, Mark was there all the way with proactive communication and service. He is a star in your organization and deserves to be recognized as such.

This letter is being written to encourage the Customer Service Department at Gillman Mitsubishi to continue putting their customers first. I have truly been blessed to have owned several Mitsubishi vehicles and all have been from Gillman. Currently, I am pleased to bring my car to be serviced at Gillman. Mark, Service Manager, has done an excellent job hiring or equipping those who are under his guidance with the tools necessary to make Gillman a fine car dealership as well as an excellent Service Department. He makes sure that he listens to me very carefully and does exactly what needs to be done to make me happy. He requires his staff to do the same when he is not available. Each person in the Service Department has been extremely helpful and that is appreciated. I am a very concerned customer and, when I come to the shop, everyone knows me and knows that I will bring my car to be serviced at Gillman rather than taking the car to some other place. I prefer to spend the extra money due to the excellent service being done on my vehicle. Those at the center also know that I will not accept anything less than great service. I believe in Gillman and will recommend anyone to purchase from Gillman. Mark and the others keep putting customers first. Good service is so important to everyone. I am proud to bring my car to Gillman. Keep up the good work.
